S&R serviced my furnace when it broke down this winter. I called them back this summer when my 24-year-old air conditioner quit running. I realized the furnace had quit when the temperature in my house was falling quickly.

S&R responded to my call and promised to show up as soon as possible (it was a very cold night and they had a list of calls to make). They showed up at about 11:30 p.m. it turned out the problem was a dirty filter and not a major repair. S&R was able to get the AC running again.
